All sales made by Sina Industries Inc. are subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by an authorized employee of Sina Industries Inc. In all cases of conflict between these terms and conditions and the requirements of any purchase order, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Sina Industries Inc. reserves the right to change at any time and without notice colors, materials, specifications, part numbers and prices to any products appearing in this publication.

All payments should be made out to Sina Industries Inc. Please pay by invoice per the terms on the sales invoice. There will be a $20.00 minimum service charge on all NSF or returned checks. Prices, discounts, quotations and specifications are subject to change without notice and will be applied as in effect at the time of shipment. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any sales, excise or similar tax for which Sina Industries Inc. may be liable on any sale will be charged to and paid by the buyer. If the buyer is a reseller, buyer is responsible for furnishing a resale certificate prior to purchase.

Pricing and terms are FOB Los Angeles, California unless otherwise specified. Freight charges are Pre-Pay and Add unless otherwise specified. All claims for lost or damaged freight must be made by the purchaser and directly to the freight carrier within the carrier's established time limit.

Swimables is dedicated to producing top-quality products and takes pride in their high standards for materials and craftsmanship. They offer a one-year warranty on their products from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty only applies if Swimables' products are the sole cause of the defect and does not cover damage from color-fading, improper installation, improper water chemistry, owner neglect or negligence, freezing, earthquakes, fire, floods, or other natural disasters. Swimables has the option to repair or replace any products that become defective during the warranty period. To ensure that this limited warranty is in effect the following conditions must be met:

1. The product cannot be altered in any way or used in an incorrect or inappropriate manner.
2. You must be the original buyer of the product from Swimables.
3. You must have paid for the product according to the terms outlined by Swimables.
4. You must submit a written claim to Swimables within the time frame specified in this limited warranty and in accordance with its terms.
