Returns must be authorized and include a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Sina Industries, which must be marked on all boxes. Unauthorized returns won't be accepted. Sina Industries won't accept returns after 90 days of shipment and/or if the items are not in their original condition. Returned items deemed saleable will incur a 25% restocking fee in addition to return freight charges. Credits from returns or other promotions must be applied towards purchases and are not eligible for cash refunds.
